Supported Employment
Supported Employment Services help individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain competitive, integrated employment. Services include personalized job development, on-the-job training, and ongoing support to ensure long-term workplace success and independence.
Inclusive Training for Business
Inclusive Training for Businesses equips employers with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to create welcoming, accessible, and equitable workplaces. The training focuses on disability inclusion, communication access, ADA compliance, and inclusive hiring practices. EmpowerAbility Scholarship Fund
The EmpowerAbility Scholarship Fund is dedicated to supporting Deaf students in pursuing post-secondary education and career pathways.
